Procedure Qualification
Qualification of procedures and welders to Australian and international standards. This includes the requirements for a Welding Engineer to authorise pipeline procedures under AS/NZS 2885.2

Weld Inspection
We offer qualified Welding Inspectors for welding compliance and visual acceptance of welds prior to NDT to ensure specification and code requirements are met. We also have the capabilities to sample and identify unknown metals by Optical Emission Spectroscopy of metallic shavings.

Pipeline maintenance and repair
Provision of services for the management, inspection and supervision of pipeline repair activities including cut-outs, type A and B sleeves and hot-tap operations. This also includes the use of water bath simulation and numerical modelling software for procedure development.

Client Representation
Inspectors and expediters; vendor capability review and compliance auditing; contractor assessment and pre qualification; arrangement and facilitation of training courses for staff and contractors; repair design and management, including development of repair procedures; quality documentation development, including progress reporting, ITPs; and auditing of established quality control systems.
